Go Big Blue!  Nothing came between Fudgie's love of anything UK basketball or football nor his MCHS sports team.

Allen Scott "Fudgie" Lambert, 52, entered into rest Thursday, February 25, 2021. A native of Mt. Sterling, KY he was born April 15, 1968 to Anthony E. Lambert and Paulette Jamison Lambert.  Fudgie was a smart, loving, spoiled rotten, hard-working lineman, husband, dad and Pawpaw.  Fudgie was the type of person that people were drawn to- AFTER ALL... HE WAS FUDGIE.

In addition to his much loved wife, Tawny Michelle of Mt. Sterling, Fudgie is survived by his amazing daughter, Allie (Gabe) Thurman of Simpsonville, KY and the most adorable blue-eyed grandson, Sterling Levi Thurman; his fantastic son, Tate Lambert of East Pointe; brothers, Anthony "Tony" Lambert and nephews, Tyler and Logan of Mt. Sterling; Rev. Heath (Lauren) Lambert and children of Jacksonville, FL and Keath Lambert of Arizona; along with cousins, Buckley Brown, Janene Maloney (Fudgie's # 1 favorite bestie and "lil sis" both of Mt. Sterling; and his cousins, Kevin and Jessica along with several nieces and nephews.  Fudgie would want a shout out to Roger and Tonya Reffitt for your friendship, "Thanks neighbors!".

Fudgie is preceded in death by his mother, Paulette Jamison and father Anthony Lambert, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be at 10 AM, Monday, March 1, 2021 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Heath Lambert officiating.  Friends may visit Sunday evening from 5-8 pm at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Sterling.  Honorary pallbearers will be Red Lee, Gary Greer, Jeff Vice, Guy Williamson, Dwight Akers, Jack Ison, Brad Toy, Buckley Brown, Tony Lambert and Willie Richardson.  Until I see you again--Go Big Blue & Louisville will always suck.
