Allen Ray Otis, 56, of Mt. Sterling passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Good Samaritan Hospital Lexington, KY.  He was born December 31, 1965 in Mt. Sterling to Archie and Peggy Ballard Otis.  He was a self employed business owner and worked for Walmart for 18 years.  He loved outdoor sports, the Bengals, Cincinnati Reds and a big UK fan also.

He is survived by his parents, Archie and Peggy Otis of Mt. Sterling, KY; a son, Blake Otis of Lexington, KY; a daughter, Lindsay Jackson (Ethan) of Louisville, KY; a brother, Eddie Otis of Mt. Sterling, KY; a sister, Terry Otis (Karen Deprey) of Lexington, KY; and an ex-wife, Rhonda Otis of Mt. Sterling, KY.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Steve Otis.

A memorial service will be held 7 PM, Friday, June 24, 2022 at Somerset Christian Church, Mt. Sterling, KY.  Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Friday, June 24, 2022 at Somerset Christian Church.
