Anthony Wayne Owens, 32, of Winchester passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Clark Regional Hospital.  He was born January 25, 1988 to Anthony "Preacher" Taul and Karen Quina Owens. He was a member of Crosspoint Church, Winchester and Keas Tabernacle CME Church, Mt. Sterling.  He was a graduate of Western Kentucky University and worked for Clark County High School as an Instructional Assistant and Assistant Football Coach.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his Fiancée, Brittney Tipton of Winchester, KY; four daughters, Mariah Owens of Winchester, KY, Ariana Faye Owens of Winchester, KY, Leila Toni-Marie Owens of Winchester, KY and Hadileigh Carpenter of Owingsville, KY; two step-sons, Phoenix Coffey of Winchester, KY and Cameron Lawhorn of Winchester, KY; and one sister, Criana Cacais Owens.

Pallbearers will be Michael Otis, Jordan Perry, Teven Nared and Darrin Wagoner.  Taul Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.

A private family service will be held in compliance with the Executive Orders that have been set forth by the Governor.
