Arnold Earl Clifford, 75, of Frenchburg, KY passed away February 9, 2026 at St. Claire Hospital in Morehead, KY.  He was born March 5, 1950 in Frenchburg to the late Shelby and Mary Lou Harmon Clifford.  He retired from Harold White Sawmill in Morehead as a Sawmill Operator.  He was a member of Frenchburg Baptist Church and attended Tarr Ridge Union Church.  He loved to watch WLJC.  He enjoyed fishing, his CB Radio and listening to his scanner.  His grandchildren and great grandchild were the light of his life.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Clifford; a son, John Clifford (Cindy) of Frenchburg, KY; sisters, Betty Lewis of Frenchburg, KY and Elsie Woodward (Rick) of Harker Heights, TX; grandchildren, Abigail Wireman (Christopher), Justice Clifford, Gage Clifford and Ernie Clifford; a great grandchild, Koen Wireman; his best friend, Duke; and a host of other family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, James Clifford, Garland Clifford and George Clifford; and a sister, Minnie Caudill.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel in Frenchburg, KY with Bro. Daniel Ingram officiating, burial following at Gibbs Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 12-1 PM, Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel in Frenchburg, KY.  Pallbearers will be Justice Clifford, Gage Clifford, Ernie Clifford, Shawn Reed, Gary Ray, Christopher Wireman and Richard Douglas Ingram.  Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Ingram, Wayne Ingram, Tim Hunt, Bill Kinney, Randy Johnson and Steven Johnson.
