Benita Combs Haddix, 57, of Mt. Sterling passed away Monday, January 9, 2023 at Clark County Regional Hospital.  She was born July 21, 1965 to the late Joel and Lorean Huff Combs.  She worked at St. Joseph Hospital Mt. Sterling in Med-Surg.  She attended Christian Assembly of God, Mt. Sterling

She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Haddix of Mt. Sterling, KY; son, Bradley Joel Haddix (Hannah Weigle) of Mt. Sterling, KY; brothers, Roger Wayne Davis of Mt. Sterling, KY and Charles Lee Davis of Jackson, KY; special cousin, Sherry Culp (Patrick) of Lexington, KY; and her dogs, Bam Bam, Negan, Lucy and Goldie.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by step-mother, Mary Combs; brother, James E. Davis; sister, Nancy Jo Becraft; and a Special Cousin, Sheila Baker.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Christian Assembly of God with Pastor Scott Barnes officiating, burial following at Cole Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 5-8 PM, Friday, January 13, 2023 at Christian Assembly of God. Pallbearers will be Weston Fugate, Harley Bush, AJ Stewart, Mack Haddix, Sheldon Haddix, Caleb Patrick, Sklar Smith, Cherokee Willoughby and Dylan Conway.  Honorary pallbearers will be Norman Fugate, Eddie Flynn, DJ Conway and Bill Haddix. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your church of choice.  Taul Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.
