Betty Sue Conkright, 69, of Mt. Sterling passed away Friday, September 8, 2023 at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center.  She was born March 7, 1954 in Montgomery County to the late James Oliver and Goldie Lewis Havens.  She attended Little Rock Church.

She is survived by a son, Robert Conkright (Melissa) of Mt. Sterling, KY; daughters, Tonya Hart (Josh) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Barbara Davis of Mt. Sterling, KY and Beverly Conkright (Wally Hamilton) of Mt. Sterling, KY; brothers, Norman Lewis of Lexington, KY and Winifred Havens (Mary) of Mt. Sterling, KY; sisters, Leona Foster of Mt. Sterling, KY, Martha Goldy of Mt. Sterling, KY and Juanita Centers (Larry) of Kodak, TN; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Cleveland Havens.

Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Hendrix officiating, burial following at Longview Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at 10 AM-12 PM, Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Josh Hart, Robert Conkright, Michael Sturgill, Braxton Conkright, Blake Stephens and David Garrett.
