Betty Ruth Donathan Conkwright, 86, of Mt. Sterling passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at her residence.  She was born May 7, 1935 in Montgomery County to Russell and Onda Fultz Donathan.  She was a attended Church of God and retired from Windsor Care Center as a CMA.

She is survived by two daughters, Barbara McCarty of Mt. Sterling, KY and Bonnie Jean McCarty (Jerry) of Mt. Sterling, KY; three grandchildren, Melissa Reed, Brad McCarty and Jason Williams; and four great grandchildren, Macey Reed, Taylor McCarty, Jocelyn Williams and Peyton McCarty.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Conkwright; two brothers; one sister; and one grandchild, Leigh Ann Williams.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Friday, January 7, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ricky Meadows officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be 12-2 PM, Friday, January 7, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Missy Reed, Jason Reed, Jason Williams, Jerry McCarty, Brad McCarty and Jocelyn Williams.  Honorary pallbearers Macey Reed, Taylor McCarty, Peyton McCarty, Larry Bretz and Barry Bretz.
