Bettye Blevins Webb, 82, of Mt. Sterling passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024 at St. Joseph Hospital Lexington.  She was born December 30, 1941 in Morgan County, KY to the late Raymond and Ora Lawson Blevins.  She attended Howards Mill Baptist Church.  She was a Homemaker and retired from Sarah Winn Home as Head Cook and Hallmark Cards.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Randel Webb of Mt. Sterling, KY; son, Toby Webb (Karen) of Richmond, KY; daughter, Tonja Gilvin (Keith) of Mt. Sterling, KY; sister, Jean Hall of Jeffersonville, KY; grandchildren, Sydney Spencer (Chase), Andrew Gilvin (Shelby), Sarah Perlmutter (Adam) and Jessica Webb; great grandchildren, Ellie Kate Spencer, Bristol Rose Spencer and Addie Perlmutter; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Arlene Back.

Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Friday, August 16, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Phil Milheiser, Artie Amburgey and Alan Ratliff officiating, burial following at Ezel Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 11-12 PM, Friday, August 16, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Toby Webb, Andrew Gilvin, Kendall Back, Jason Gomez, Benny Patrick and Chase Spencer.  Honorary pallbearers will be Denzil Back, Teddy Jones, Jr. and Adam Perlmutter.
