Billye Elwood Reed, 79, of Cream Alley Road, Jeffersonville, Kentucky passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 at the St. Joseph-London Hospital.  He was born in Montgomery County, Kentucky on April 29, 1942 the son of the late Bush and Elizabeth Todd Reed.  He was a retired A. O. Smith employee and the widower of Mae Katherine Reed.

He is survived by two sons, Billy (Rita) Reed  of Mt. Sterling and Tony Reed of Jeffersonville, KY; two brothers, Mac (Mary Sue) Reed of Mt. Sterling and Ronnie (Stella) Reed of Arizona; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 1 PM, Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Machpelah Cemetery with Rev. Gregg Manning officiating.  Pallbearers will be Rusty Dunn, Jr., David Caywood, David Caywood, Jr., Patrick Dailey, Kevin Tipton and Wendell Fraley.  Taul Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
