Edward "Brackie" Willoughby, 49, of Portland, Tennessee passed away Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tennessee.  He was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on October 20, 1970 the son of Eddie Willoughby and the late Julia Marie Lawill Willoughby.  He was a Pastor having served at Southside Christian Church in Harrodsburg, Kentucky.  He was a member of the Living Water Church.

He is survived by his father, Edward "Eddie" (Camelia) Willoughby of Waverly, TN; two sons, Caleb Willoughby of Portland, TN and Christian Willoughby of Cookeville, TN; a daughter, Elaina Willoughby of Portland, TN; a brother, Joshua (Christina) Willoughby of Murfreesboro, TN; a sister, Lisa Willoughby Campbell of Montgomery County, KY; and one grandson, Isaiah Willoughby.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Grant Cannoy officiating and burial following the Machpelah Cemetery.  Friends may visit Tuesday from 11 am - 1 pm at the Taul Funeral Home.  Pallbearers will be Kevin Campbell, Josh Willoughby, Joey Byrd, Christian Willoughby and Caleb Willoughby.
