Brian Keith Upton, 65, of Frenchburg, KY passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025 at his residence.  He was born April 2, 1960 in Atlanta, GA to the late Harold and Pattie Shivers Upton.  He was a self-employed Long-Haul Truck Driver and his CB Handle was Easy Money.

He is survived by his wife, Jackie Upton of Frenchburg, KY; sons, John Upton (Brianna Bushee) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Mark Upton of Frenchburg, KY; and one grandchild, Athena Upton.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Mark Upton.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
