Carolyn Shelley, 82, of Mt. Sterling passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling.  She was born April 22, 1940 to the late Clifford Ross and Leona Vice in Sharpsburg, KY.  She retired from Mary Chiles Hospital as a Registered Nurse.

She is survived by two sons, Doug Toy (Pam) of Owingsville, KY and Barry Toy (Jill) of Owingsville, KY; two daughters, Malinda Munday (Robin) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Susie Vice (Sanford) of Mt. Sterling, KY; a brother, Mike Ross (Andrea) of Mt. Sterling, KY; eight grandchildren, Jill Baber, Erica Wilson, Patrick Toy, Clara Beth Toy, Macey McKenzie, Mara McKenzie, Dana Conn and Collin Vice; and five great grandchildren, Avery Baber, Hayes Wilson, Grant Wilson, Kynleigh Conn and Harper Conn.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Shelley.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lowell Rice officiating, burial following at Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 4-7 PM, Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Kevin Robinson, Rick Oney, Nathaniel Vice, Scott Ross, Josh Ross, Patrick Toy and Collin Vice.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jill Baber, Erica Wilson, Macey McKenzie, Mara McKenzie, Clara Beth Toy and Dana Conn.
