Charles Douglas Moore, 65, of Owingsville, KY passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY.  He was born March 31, 1959 in Mason County, KY to the late Charles B. Moore and Anna Louise Highley.  He was a retired Physical Therapist for Reliant Rehabilitation. He attended Church of Christ Rolling Hills, he loved going to Rock Concerts and enjoyed high school sports.  He kept stats for MCHS football and basketball for over 20 years.  He loved his children and grandchildren and Physical Therapy was his passion.

He is survived by his son, Josh Moore of Mt. Sterling, KY; daughter, Danielle Johnson (Will) of Richmond, KY; mother of his children, Deborah Wills Wilson; sisters, Janet Mills (Gary) of Jeffersonville, KY, Patricia Joseph (Jeff Rudd) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Donna Moore of Lebanon, KY, Crystal Mulvaney of Shepherdsville, KY and Katrina Holt (John) of Shepherdsville, KY; and grandchildren, Bradley Moore, Brennen Moore, Briana Moore, Brayden Moore, Brody Johnson, Mayci Johnson and Quinn Johnson.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, David Moore.

A Memorial service will be held 7 PM, Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Sterling, KY with Bro. Dan Murphy officiating.  Visitation will be held 5:30-7 PM, Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
