Charles Ray Lawson, 89, of Winchester, KY passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025 at his residence.  He was born October 16, 1935 in Frenchburg, KY to the late Otha and Ella Igo Lawson.  He was a truck driver for Agro Fertilizer Company and a Farmer. He liked to fish, ride horses and work his cattle.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Reva Lawson of Winchester, KY; daughters, Zonia Risner (Steven) of Jeffersonville, KY and Lisa Avila (Jaime) of Winchester, KY; and two nieces Nancy Smallwood and Debbie Patrick.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded death by brothers, Vernal Lawson and Shirley Lawson; and sisters, Dorothy Patrick, Pauline Boyd and Deloris Lawson.

A Private Family Funeral will be held.  Pallbearers will be Rick Smallwood, Jaime Avila, Jason Gomez, Steve Smallwood, Timmy Smallwood and Bayard "Bob" Risner.
