Charles "Chuck" Graham Vice, 84, of Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Clark Regional Hospital.  He was born April 14, 1940 in Bath County, KY to the late Clifton Vice and Minnie Bell Sergent.  He was Vice President and Loan Officer for Mt. Sterling National Bank, Traders National Bank and retired from Traditional Bank.  He was in the National Guard for 6 years, an avid golfer, fisherman, hunter and also loved gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene Vice of Mt. Sterling, KY; sons, Charles Corey Vice of Mt. Sterling, KY and Shayne Barnes of Mt. Sterling, KY; brother, Jimmy Vice of Nicholasville, KY; sister, Helen Shigley of Wilmington, OH; grandchildren, Charles Aaron Cody Vice (Josie), Emily Romans (Rodney), Kayla Vice and Mallorie Barnes; and great-grandchildren, Addyson Vice, Charlea Vice, Bryston Vice, Elaina Romans, Lucie Romans and Madelyn Romans.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, David Vice; brothers, Harold Vice, Virgil Vice, Brooks Vice, Clifton Vice, Bobby Vice and William Vice; and sisters, Thelma Hawkins and Mary Wolfe.

A memorial service will be held 1 PM, Monday, July 22, 2024 at Somerset Christian Church with Rev. Carl Wagoner and Pastor Ricky Walker officiating.  Visitation will be held 11 AM-1 PM, Monday, July 22, 2024 at Somerset Christian Church.  Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons and Elders of Somerset Christian Church.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Somerset Christian Church, 3172 Maysville Rd, Mt Sterling, KY 40353.
