Charlotte Jane Chester, 64, of Mt. Sterling passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023 at her residence.  She was born May 13, 1959 in Meridian, Texas to the late Frank and Minnie Chester.  She was a member of Antioch Christian Church and a lifelong resident of Montgomery County.

She is survived by a daughter, Leatha JoAnn Johnson of Georgetown, KY; sister, Barbara Abney (Jerry) of Winchester, KY; grandchildren, Idrees Robertson, Tatum Robertson and Malakai Johnson; nephews, Ben Dunn (Olivia), Chris Chester and James Robinson; and a sister-in-law, Maudie Tipton.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, Earl Tipton, Gene Tipton and Frank Douglas Chester, Jr.; and one sister, Margaret Armstrong.

Memorial services will be held 1 PM, Friday, June 16, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Diondre Hensley and David Willoughby officiating.  Visitation will be held 12-1 PM, Friday, June 16, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
