Clara Phyllis Coyle, 80, of Mt. Sterling passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital.  She was born May 20, 1941 to the late Fred Barrett and Ruth Hartgrove Barrett.

She is survived by two sons, Steven Fred Coyle (Teresa) of Preston, KY and Randall Coyle (Kandy) of Oklahoma City, OK; one brother, Kenny D. Barrett (Mary) of Mt. Sterling, KY; one sister, Wilma Frances Easterling of Mt. Sterling, KY; and three grandchildren, Gabe Coyle, Nathaniel Coyle and Elijah Coyle.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Coyle; and one bother-in-law, Orville Easterling.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Randall Coyle and Shawn Easterling officiating. Visitation will be held 11 AM- 1 PM, Wednesday, September 8, 2021.  A graveside service will be held 1 PM, Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Machpelah Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Kenny Wayne Barrett, Darvin Hartgrove, Timothy Easterling, Shawn Easterling, Kenny D. Barrett and Rick Coyle.
