Daisy Kathern Wilson Cook, 99, widow of Milburn Cook passed away October 29, 2020 at her residence in Mt. Sterling, KY.  She was born in Bath County on August 31, 1921 to the late Charley and Eddie Jane Wells Wilson.  She retired from 30 years of service from Cowden Manufacturing.  She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Raymond Cook (Donna) of Georgetown, KY, Ronald Cook (Nancy) of Sharpsburg, KY and Rickie Cook (Brenda) of Benton, LA; two daughters, Shirley Anderson (Stanley) and Marilyn Townsend (Danny) both of Mt. Sterling, KY; one brother, Charley Wilson, Jr. (Catherine) of Mt. Sterling, KY.  She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Cook; five sisters, Lily Toy, Margaret Wells, Virginia Jewell, Frances Jewell and Lena Ingram; and two brothers, Journey Wilson and E.Q. Wilson.

A graveside service will be held 1 PM, Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Machpelah Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Strausbaugh officiating.  Pallbearers will be Jimmy Adams, Todd Cook, Jason Townsend, William Burge, Cylde Johnson and Mack Kidd.
