Danny Gayle Golden, 70, of Cassidy Lane, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022 at the St. Joseph-Mt. Sterling Hospital.  He was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on January 9, 1952 the son of the late Vernon and Addie Dale Golden.  He was a retired IBM employee with 30 years service and a farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Vicki Oliver Golden of Mt. Sterling; a son, Chris Golden of Mt. Sterling; a daughter, Jennifer (Phillip) Corey of Mt. Sterling; three grandchildren, Haleigh Golden, Joshua Corey and Hunter Corey.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Hedrick and three brothers, Buddy Golden, Roger Golden and Jimmy Golden.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, July 14, 2022 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Sterling with Rev. Jason Toler officiating.  Friends may visit Thursday from 11 am - 1 pm at the Taul Funeral Home.  Honorary pallbearers will be Carl Hartgrove, John Hartgrove and Tony Hartgrove.
