Darrell Ernest Day, 62, of Morehead passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at his residence. He was born August 19, 1957 to the late Ernest Albert and Elsie Woodard Day.

He is survived by four sisters, Debbie McClain (Danny) of Morehead, KY, Deanna Mynheir of Frenchburg, KY, Gracie Miller (Bruce) of Frenchburg, KY and Lisa Baker (James) of Frenchburg, KY.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis Day and Ricky Dale Day.

Funeral services will 1 PM, Friday, March 20, 2020 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel, Frenchburg, KY with Rev. Tim Rhodes officiating, burial following at Day-Jewell and Combs Cemetery. Visitation will 11 AM - 1 PM, Friday, March 20, 2020 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel, Frenchburg. Pallbearers will be Gary Ray, Jamie Baker, Chris McClain, Tracy McClain, Travis Miller and Ernie Miller.  In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Taul Funeral Home, 109 East Main Street, Mt. Sterling, KY to defer funeral expenses.

Funeral and visitation will be limited to family only.
