David E. Centers, 72, of Jeffersonville passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022 at his residence.  He was born August 1, 1950 to the late Charlie Centers and Audie Bach Centers in Morgan County, KY.  He worked for Bluegrass Industries and loved going to Flea Markets.

He is survived by a son, Barron Centers (Missy) of Jeffersonville, KY; two daughters, Tina Ginter (Gary) of Jeffersonville, KY and Delina Centers of Mt. Sterling, KY; a special friend, Wanda Banks; four sisters, Lou Day (William) of Jeffersonville, KY, Betty Hubbard (Gary) of Meade County, KY, Opal Holston (Joe) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Margie Holbrook of Jeffersonville, KY; six grandchildren, Ronnie Centers, Jamie Ginter, Kalie Ginter, Bristol Ginter, Alex Ginter and Cody Centers; and two great grandchildren, Gavin Centers and Camden Parsons.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Centers; a son, David E. Centers Jr.; three sisters, Bobbie Helton, Dorothy Lovely and Katherine Helton; and two brothers, Arlie Centers and Arnold Centers.

A funeral service will be held 11 AM, Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Morris officiating, burial following at Centers Family Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Monday, November 21, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Billy Day, Robbie Scott, Cody Centers, Donald Holbrook, Donnie Patrick, Gary Ginter and Barron Centers.
