David Franklin Deck, 87, of Frenchburg passed away Monday, December 5, 2022 in St. Petersburg, FL.  He was born February 25, 1935 to the late Ivan Deck and Helen Evans in Milton, IN.  He was retired Fire Chief in Frenchburg and a cook for Prison.

He is survived by two grandchildren, David F. Deck (Sherry) of St. Petersburg, FL and Tracy Holmstrom of Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Helton Deck; and a son, David F. Deck.

A memorial service will be held 1 PM, Friday, December 29, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Frenchburg with Rick Stiltner officiating, burial following at Helton Cemetery.
