David Allen Esteppe, 43, of Mt. Sterling passed away Monday, October 3, 2022.  He was born June 3, 1979 to Gary Esteppe (Pam) and Phyllis Watkins in Jeffersonville, KY.  David Loved being outdoors, being on the farm, being with friends and family, and going dumpster diving.  His famous words were, "Someone's Junk, My Treasure."

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Brandi Esteppe (Tyler Jones) of Morehead, KY; three brothers, Shane Esteppe (Samantha) of Camargo, KY, Gary Esteppe (Michelle) of Lewis County, KY and Anthony Hunt (Lindsey) of Jeffersonville, KY; grandmother, Evelyn Gilvin of Mt. Sterling, KY; seven nieces and nephews; and four great nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by, paternal grandparents, James Allen Esteppe (Margret); and maternal grandfather, Tommy (Ruth) Gilvin.

Funeral services will be 1 PM, Friday, October 7, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Scott Barnes officiating, burial following at Martin-Willoughby Cemetery.  Visitation will be 11-1 PM, Friday, October 7, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Jamie Baxter, Shane Esteppe, Anthony Hunt, Ernie Hinkle, Tyler Jones, Gary Esteppe, Marty Short and Kevin Esteppe.  Honorary pallbearers will Jeff Henry, Tyler Esteppe, Cecil Grooms, Bob Esteppe and Brandon Robinson.
