David S. Moore, 57, of Mt. Sterling, KY passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at St. Claire Medical Center.  He was born July 14, 1964 to the late Charles Moore and Anna Crouch.  He was a member of Freedom Church of God and was a self employed Master Carpenter.

He is survived by two daughters, Krystin Lee Poore (Anthony) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Jocelyn Moore of Mt. Sterling, KY; two step-daughters; one brother, Charles D. Moore of Owingsville, KY; three sisters, Trish Joseph (Jeff Rudd) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Janet Mills (Gary) of Jeffersonville, KY, and Donna Moore of Lebanon, KY;seven grandchildren; and one great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Gay Otis Moore.

A memorial service will be held 5 PM, Friday, October 8, 2021 with Kelly Poe officiating.
