Debra Rynn Neal, 65, of Jeffersonville, KY passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at University of Louisville Hospital.  She was born October 15, 1960 to the late Roscoe and Christine Hall Neal.  She worked for Lockheed Martin as a Project Manager.  She loved to cook and entertain friends and family, loved her pets and had a servants heart. 

She is survived by a sister, Rhodema Daugherty of Frenchburg, KY.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Roscoe Wayne Neal; and a sister, Willa Dean Hale. 

Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Monday, September 14, 2026 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Mt. Sterling, KY with Bro. Mike Williams officiating, burial following at Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery in Jeffersonville, KY.  Visitation will be held 10:30 AM-12 PM at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Mt. Sterling, KY.  Pallbearers will be Ricky Burkett, Andrew Barnes, Jonah Barnes, Reza Hashampour, Norm Peck, Kelly Daughtery and Barry McCoy.
