Diane Spencer Brooks, 57, of Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at her residence.  She was born March 22, 1964 to the late Mitchell and Lilly Fultz Spencer.  She was a member of Bethesda Church and Co-Owner of Rayburn's Market.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Brooks of Mt. Sterling, KY; one son, Adam Brooks (Anna) of Winchester, KY; four nephews, Chris Manley, Eric Manley, Bryan Trent and Branden Spencer; two nieces, Tammy Osborne and Jamie Stephens; one brother, Dale Spencer (Gwen) of Winchester, KY; three sisters, Alice Adkins (Estill) of Montgomery Co., KY, Linda Manley (Lanny) of Montgomery Co., and Barbara Trent (Mike) of Montgomery Co., KY; a half-sister, Kathy McCoy (Robert) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and four grandchildren, Abigail Brooks, Matthew Brooks, Brantley Brooks and Eliza Walters.

Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Paul Prather officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 10 AM-12 PM, Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Shane Carpenter, Andy Lykins, Chris Manley, Tom Orme, Matthew Brooks and Adam Brooks. Honorary Pallbearer will be Roger Lyman.
