Donald Ray Horton Sr, 50, of Mt. Sterling passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital Lexington.  He was born May 7, 1971 in Kenton County, KY to Ivan Horton and the late Linda Sue Couch.  He worked for Lee's Famous Recipe.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Horton of Crescent Springs, KY; three sons, Donald Ray Horton, Jr, of Crescent Spring, KY, Shawn Michael Horton of Covington, KY and Kameron Ray Horton of Mt. Sterling, KY; three daughters, Michelle Carmen (Robert) of Florence, KY, Amanda McAfee of Covington, KY and Nicole Horton of Amelia, OH; two sisters, Bethany Tabor (James) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Jamie Carmen (Dale) of Harrison of Harrison, OH; and eight grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Christina Horton.
