Donna Rice Kegley, 70, of Mt. Sterling, KY passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025 at her residence.  She was born May 21, 1955 in Elizabethtown, KY to the late Matt Rice and Doris Colliver.  She was retired and attended Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mt. Sterling, KY.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Kegley of Mt. Sterling, KY; son, Barrett Kegley (Ashley) of Frenchburg, KY; daughter, Tami Moore (Daryl) of Mt. Sterling, KY; grandchildren, Callie Moore, Alba Kegley and Kennedy Kegley.

A memorial service will be held 1 PM, Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Chas Sargent officiating.  Visitation will be held 11 AM-1 PM, Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
