Effie D. Cundiff, 65, of Mt. Sterling passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021 at her residence.  She was born January 27, 1956 to the late Robert Davis and Bernice Rothwell.

She is survived by one son, Daniel Cundiff of Mt. Sterling, KY; one daughter, Robin Burton (Shannon) of Mt. Sterling, KY; one brother, Goble Davis (Mary) of Winchester, KY; three sisters, Mary Havens (Winfred) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Artie "Sissy" Roland (Wayne) of Flemingsburg, KY and Emily Davis of Campton, KY; eight grandchildren; and one great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jesse Rodgers officiating, burial following Peyton's Lick Cemetery.  Visitation will be 10 AM-11AM, Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Winfred Havens, Brian Mullins, Lee Cundiff, Jason Gilliam, Daniel Cundiff and Paul Roland.  Honorary pallbearers will be Amos Gilliam, Shannon Mullins, Paul Mullins, Robert Mullins, James Davis and Glenn Roland.
