Ella Ree Ingram, 70, of Mt. Sterling passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital Mt. Sterling.  She was born September 27, 1950 to Mary Risner of Magoffin County and the late Oakie Risner.

She is survived by three daughters, Karen Ingram of Mt. Sterling, KY, Sharon Thompson (Chris) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Paula Hackworth (JD) of Johnson County, KY; three brothers, Adam Risner, Paul B. Risner and Edward Risner all of Magoffin County, KY; three sisters, Bonnie Jean Goodpaster of Falmouth, KY; Imogene Dyer and Virginia Harcourt, both of Magoffin County; six grandchildren, Justin Sparks, Amanda Kestner (CJ), Danielle Ingram, Leslie McCarty (Christian), Kyle Thompson (Haley) and Blaine Thompson; and three great grandchildren, Noah Miller, Case McCarty and Raelynn Kestner.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by one brother, Don Risner; and two sisters, Connie Miller and Wanda Risner.

A graveside memorial service will be held 1 PM, Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Machpelah Cemetery.
