Frances Katherine Stull, 91, of Mt. Sterling passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023 at her residence.  She was born January 22, 1931 in Montgomery County, KY to the late Espy Couchman and Virginia Howard.  She was a member of Sugar Grove Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Burl Stull, Jr of Mt. Sterling, KY; daughter, Lou Ann Gabbard (Mike) of Mt. Sterling, KY; sister, Caroline Turley (Marion) of Richmond, KY; two grandchildren, Laura Frances Howard (Jeremy) and Liz Jones (Blake); and three great grandchildren, Stella Jones, Lily Jones and Michael Howard.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Joan Marie Couchman.

Funeral services will be held 10 AM, Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frances Nash officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 9-10 AM, Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Tim Lyons, Joe Thompson, Rodney Stull, Steve Turley, Richard Willoughby and Alton Stull, III.  Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Stull, Randy Coyle, Bo McGuire, Tommy Wood, Hammer McGuire, Woody Stull, Gary Thompson and Alton Stull, Jr.
