Frankie Lucille Beaver Risner, 85, of Mt. Sterling passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling.  She was born April 28, 1936 to the late Frank Gerlock Beaver and Virginia Jones Morris.  She was a retired teacher for Montgomery County School System and a member of First Church of God.

She is survived by three sons, Glenn Risner (Annette) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Tom Risner (Bobbie Jean) of Jeffersonville, KY and Dale Risner (Conny) of Mt. Sterling, KY; one daughter, Cynthia Risner Toy (Wayne) of Mt. Sterling, KY; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bueford Risner; one grandson, Seth Risner; one brother, Frank Beaver; and one sister, Laura Yarbrough.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at First Church of God Mt. Sterling with Pastor Dave Dooley officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be 9-11 AM, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at First Church of God Mt. Sterling.  Pallbearers will be Tony Toy, Luke Toy, Wayne Toy, Jarrod Garland, Kevin Ingram, Jason Lowe and Bill Calvert.
