Glendora Hackley, 100, of Mt. Sterling, KY passed Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Windsor Care Center.  She was born September 9, 1924 in Brooksville, KY to the late Acie Perkins and Golda Hedgecock.  She moved to Mt. Sterling with her husband, Miles Hackley, many years ago.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Sterling for 40 years and did a lot of work in the visitation ministry in the community at their church.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane DeArmond of Mt. Sterling, KY; and a granddaughter, Tanya Undercofler (Bradley) of Virginia Beach, VA.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Miles Hackley; sister, Mildred Polick; and a grandson, John Wayne Pierce.

A Graveside Service will be held 1 PM, Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Germantown, KY with Pastor Chris Wells officiating. Pallbearers will be Adrian Nix, Danny Stevenson, James Leach, Allen LeMaster, Stacy Smith, Tim Martin and David Evans.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church, 925 Woodford Drive, Mt. Sterling, KY.
