Hubert Dale Moye, 78, of Owingsville, KY passed away Monday, August 31, 2026 at the VA Medical Center. He was born December 11, 1947 in Princeton, WV to the late James Hubert and Charlene Hypes Moye. He was an entrepreneur, owner of a trucking company, jewelry stores and pawn shops and he loved horses.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Moye of Owingsville, KY; sons, David A. Moye of Delaware, Scott King (Cindi) of Kirkwood, PA and Chris King (Grace) of Spanaway, WA; daughters, Carol Ann Moye of Tennessee and Rebecca Ruiz (Luis) of N. Canton, OH; a brother, Kenneth Moye of Chesapeake City, MD; thirteen grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Ella Jean Moye.
