Ina Gertrude McNay, 100, of Mt. Sterling passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023 at her residence.  She was born October 20, 1922 to the late Willie Everett Baker and Ella Mae Rogers.  She was a member of First Baptist Church Mt. Sterling and loved her Sunday School Class.

She is survived by her sons, Don McNay (Lisa) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Maxwell David McNay of Miami, FL; daughter, Carolyn Frances Whitaker (Gerald) of Mt. Sterling, KY; brother, Maurice Baker of El Paso, TX; eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Donald McNay; sons, Kenneth Alan McNay and Norman Wendall McNay; brothers, James Baker, Lloyd Baker and Rodney Baker; and sisters, Iva Shubert, Lois Urmey and Lela Walsh.

Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Friday, March 24, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Wells officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 11 AM-12 PM, Friday, March 24, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Marcus McNay, Matthew McNay, John Harris, Jerry Crockett, Aaron Caudill and Patrick McNay.
