Jackie Lee Martin, 74, of Skyview Drive, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky passed away Saturday, November 21, 2020 in Lexington, Kentucky.  He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on February 19, 1946 the son of the late William and Darley Strickland Martin.  He was diesel mechanic and retired Geo Con Construction employee.  He was the widower of Nancy Adkins Martin.

He is survived by a son, Jackie Martin, Jr of Mt. Sterling, KY; two daughters, Lisa Martin of Mt. Sterling, KY and Kelly (Larry) Reed of Jeffersonville, KY; one brother, Donald Martin of Clendenin, West Virgnina; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren also survive.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Danny Ray Martin; a daughter, Betty Phillips; four brothers, David Martin, Doyle Martin, Ray Strickland and Bobby Strickland; and one sister, Mary Ashworth.

A private family service will take place at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
