James M. Caudill, 55, of Mt. Sterling passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 at his residence.  He was born July 10, 1965 to the late James Robert and Nettie Gullett Caudill.  He was self employed in Lawn Care.

He is survived by three brothers, Billy Mack Caudill (Debbie) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Bobby Caudill of Mt. Sterling, KY and Scotty Caudill of Mt. Sterling, KY; one sister Emma Davis (Forest) of Mt. Sterling, KY.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded his Grandpaw, John D. Gullett; and one sister, Peggy Joyce Caudill.

A funeral service will be held at a later date.
