Jeanette "Nettie" Jones, 104, of Frenchburg passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at St. Joseph Hospital Mt. Sterling.  She was born November 11, 1919 in Menifee County, KY to the late Daniel Jones and Brunetta Yocum.  She attended Korea Church of God and loved to garden.

She is survived by a nephew, Tobb Jones (Treva) of Frenchburg, KY; nieces, Laquita Collins of Germantown, OH, Linda Sorrell (Joe) of Frenchburg, KY and Brenda Jolly (Jim) of Jeffersonville, KY; great nieces and nephews, Ashley Sheets, Steve Brown and Lonnie Riddle; special cousins, Larry Vanderpool, Sr., and Joe Vanderpool; and special friends, Teresa Maynard (Danny) of Frenchburg, KY and Clester Brown (Joyce) of Frenchburg, KY.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Jennings Jones and Harley Jones.

Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Friday, April 5, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Frenchburg.  A private graveside service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Jones Cemetery in Frenchburg with Pastor Rick Simpkins officiating.  Pallbearers will be Joe Vanderpool, Tyler Vanderpool, Ashley Sheets, Mason Sheets, Lonnie Riddle and Steve Brown.
