Jeffery A. Robbins, 59, of Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at St. Joseph Hospital Lexington.  He was born February 2, 1963 in Mt. Sterling to the late Lee Robert and Louise Willoughby Robbins.

He is survived by daughters, Meredith Neal (Jay) of Irvine, KY and Emily Keesee (Cecil) of Jeffersonville, KY; brother, Gerald Robbins of Ewing, KY; and three grandchildren, Jonah Neal, Leah Neal and Everett Keesee.

A private graveside service was held at Martin-Willoughby Cemetery.
