Jeffery "Jeff" Clay Willoughby, 60, of Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Clark Regional Medical Center.  He was born November 4, 1961 to Lenzie and Mary Costella Willoughby.  He was an electrician for Gibbs Electric.

He is survived by his parents, Lenzie and Mary Willoughby of Jeffersonville, KY; two sons, Brandon Willoughby of Jeffersonville, KY and Jeffery A. Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, KY; a daughter, Haley Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, KY; a sister, Joyce Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, KY; and six grandchildren, Steven Willoughby, Gracie Willoughby, Tyler Willoughby, Jackson Willoughby, Olivia Willoughby and Ellie Mae Willoughby.

He is preceded in death by a son, Anthony Willoughby, paternal grandparents, Howard and Annie Willoughby; and maternal grandparents, Bob and Mary Costella; a brother, Willard Willoughby; and a niece, Tabitha Bellamy.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Monday, June 13, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel, burial following at Willoughby Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 11 AM-1PM, Monday, June 13, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Tony Craig, Jimmy A. Adams, Eddie Willoughby, Kelly Willoughby, Jason Williams, Keith Williams, James Ginter and Austin Willoughby.
