Jeffree Doyle Coffey, 63, of Frenchburg passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023 at St. Joesph Hospital Mt. Sterling.  He was born February 6, 1959 in Frenchburg, KY to LaDonna Faulkner Coffey and the late Alfred Coffey. He was a member of Frenchburg Baptist Church and worked for Nestle Corporation.  He served as Deacon at Frenchburg Baptist Church and was also a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, Lexington.  Mr. Coffey was an avid car show enthusiast participant and loved hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila Coffey of Frenchburg, KY; his mother, LaDonna Faulkner Coffey of Lexington, KY; son, Gabriel Ferguson of Lexington, KY; and two brothers, Wally Coffey (Donna) of Florence, KY and Paul Coffey (Kay) of Lexington, KY.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Frenchburg Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Meyers officiating, burial following at Lovelace Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 5-8 PM, Monday, January 16, 2023 at Frenchburg Baptist Church.  Pallbearers will be Wally Coffey, Paul Coffey, Steve Smallwood, Danny Ingram, Tim Hunt and Joe Lane.  Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Nolan, Colby Flint and Randy Daughtery.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Frenchburg Baptist Church, 298 Highway 36, Frenchburg, KY 40322. Taul Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.
