Jeffrey Owens, 63, of Mt. Sterling passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at St. Claire Hospital.  He was born August 6, 1959 in Maryland to the late Dean Owens and Barbara Clark Owens.  He worked as a roof inspector for Allen Roofing.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Wanda Tincher Owens of Mt. Sterling, KY; son Jonathan Owens of Mt. Sterling; daughter, Tabatha Craft of Mt. Sterling, KY; sisters, Jane Owens of Palo, IA and Julie Parke (Steve) of Shellsburg, IA; grandchildren, Macey Craft, Josh Rothwell and Rebecca Hamm; niece, Jodie Parke; nephew; Adam Parke; and special friends, Paul and Manis.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Crystal Craft.

A memorial service will be held 6 PM, Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Rolling Hills Church of Christ.
