Jerry Lee Allen, 66, of Smith Street, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at the St. Joseph-Mt. Sterling Hospital.   He was born in Dayton, Ohio on October 1, 1953 the son of the late Sam and Evelyn Brown Allen.  He was a self employed transmission repairman and auto mechanic who loved to ride motorcycles and loved his chow, Wennie.

He is survived by his daughter, Jerri Lee Allen of Jeffersonville, KY; three uncles, Jimmy (Sue) Allen of Jeffersonville, KY, Stanley (Wanda) Allen, Sr. of Mt. Sterling, KY and David Allen of Jeffersonville, KY; two aunts, Imogene Amburgey of Means and Janet Jo Whaley of Mt. Sterling and his ex-wife, Cathy Sue Allen of Mt. Sterling.

Funeral services will be at 1 pm, Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Barnes officiating and burial following in the Machpelah Cemetery.  Friends may visit Tuesday from 11 am - 1 pm at the Taul Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling.  Pallbearers will be Johnny Rayburn, Bobby "Tall" Trimble, Brad Reynolds, Kenny Robinson, Dwayne Butler and Dennis Amburgey.  Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Allen, Stanley Allen, Jr., Tracy Allen, Emily Reynolds, Joe Gibson, Earl Edmundson and Sissy Edmundson.
