John C. Bratschun, 65, of Jeffersonville passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at University of Kentucky Hospital Lexington.  He was born March 10, 1958 in Hollywood, CA to Betty Zalesky Bratschun and the late Bob Bratschun.  He loved to ride his motorcycle for miles and miles, he was a picker and was very generous with his time.

He is survived by his wife, Denise Willock Bratschun of Jeffersonville, KY; his mother, Betty Bratschun of Villa Park, IL; step daughter, Adrienne McGown (Adam) of Batavia, IL; brother, Jim Bratschun (Maria) of Sugar Grove, IL; sisters, Janet Gilbert (Mark) of Downers Groves, IL and Susan Mucerino (Tony) of Villa Park, IL; and grandchildren, Dillon McGown and Maddie Garcia.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Monday, April 10, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lloyd Latimer officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be 1-2 PM, Monday, April 10, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Ron Grant, Brian Groff, Earl Reichmann, Adam McGown, Donnie Shields and Tony Mucerino.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
