John Barry Frodge, 61, of Vista Court, Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on March 31, 1959 the son of the late Arthur and Katie Moore Frodge, Jr.  He was a heavy equipment operator for The Walker Company with 36 years of service and a member of the First Church of God.  John loved to hunt and fish and was an avid UK sports and NASCAR fan.  He was a loving husband, caring father and a devoted grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Berryman Frodge of Mt. Sterling; one daughter, Katelyn Willoughby of Mt. Sterling and two grandsons, Keegan Frodge and Brantley Brooks.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Mike Frodge.

A memorial service will be Saturday, May 23, 2020 from 1-3 pm at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Ronnie Mullins, Shane Day, Rick Peck, Mike McClure, Greg Arrasmith and Ricky Amburgey.  In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Markey Cancer Center or the Mt. Sterling Food Bank.
