Johnny Dale Spencer, 59, of Jeffersonville passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024 at University of Kentucky Hospital Lexington.  He was born March 19, 1965 in Frenchburg, KY to the late Arlie Kenneth and Lucy Spencer.  He was the Pastor of Pillar of Truth Church and was a self-employed Electrical Contractor.  He was a Master Electrician, Kentucky Colonel, raced cars and use to show horses several years ago.

He is survived by his wife, Rosa Howard Spencer of Jeffersonville, KY; sons, Brian Ward (Lisa) of Clark County, KY and Gregory Ward of Salyersville, KY; daughter, Renee Watkins of Salyersville, KY; brother, Terry Wayne Spencer of Lexington, KY; and grandchildren, Jordon Brewer, Hannah Brewer, Josh Ward, Ella Ward, Abbey Ward and Caroline Ward.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Hale and Rev. Darrell Hayden officiating, burial following at Lovely Amburgey Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Monday, April 15, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Brian Ward, Gregory Ward, Jordon Brewer, Randy Brewer, Kevin Howard, Billy Watkins and Josh Ward.  Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Stone, Terry Wayne Spencer and Jimmy A. Adams.
