Juanita Couchman Hiatt, 90, of Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Windsor Care Center.  She was born April 3, 1931 to the late Orville Couchman and Gladys Donahue.  She was a member of First Church of God for over 60 Years and retired from McCormick Lumber Company as a Secretary.  She was a Youth Sunday School Teacher, Church Bookkeeper and enjoyed all church activities.

She is survived by a step-son, Robert Thomas Hiatt Jr (Karen) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and a brother, Ronald Couchman (Anna) of Mt. Sterling, KY.

In addition to her parents, she preceded in death by her husband, Robert Thomas Hiatt Sr.

Graveside service will be held 2 PM, Wednesday, March 2, 2022 with Rev. Frank Curtis officiating at the Machpelah Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Brandon Whitt, Larry Goldie, Mike Crockett, Wendell Fraley, Chris Goodpaster and Lacy Oney.  Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Thompson, Bobby Reeves, Thurman Donahue and Robert Thomas Hiatt, Jr.
