Judith Gale Dinkins, 78, of Frenchburg passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020. She was born June 19, 1941 to the late Paul Edward and Mattie Hartman Ustler.

She is survived by two sons, James Dinkins of Frenchburg, KY and Tim Dinkins (Amy) of Wellington, KY; two daughters, Judith Hicks (Larry) of Newport, TN and Angela Dyal of Apoka, FL; three grandchildren, Joseph Dinkins, Christopher Dinkins and Summer Hicks; and one grandchild, Kaden Dyal.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James David Dinkins, Sr.; one daughter, Christine Dinkins; and one brother, Gary Ustler.
