Kelly Scott Watkins, 53, of Jeffersonville passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.  He was born November 11, 1968 to the late Marvin and Imogene Martin Watkins.

He is survived by his partner, Linda Lyman of Mt. Sterling, KY; son, Darrin O'Neal (Brittany) of North Middletown, KY; four brothers, Richard Watkins (Connie) of Manchester, TN, Daniel Watkins (Elanor) of Jeffersonville, KY, Matthew Watkins (Samantha) of Bath Co, KY and Vernon Watkins (Crystal) of Mt. Sterling, KY; five sisters, Sheryl Watkins of Jeffersonville, KY, Arlene Givens (Jeffery) of Clay City, KY, Melissa Watkins of Manchester, TN, Trina Watkins of Winchester, KY and Jessica Parks (Tommy) of Vanceburg, KY; and three grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Callie Sisk; two brothers, David Allen Anderson and Marvin Davis Watkins; and two sisters, Elizabeth Ann Anderson and Lorraine Mers.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bobby Tackett officiating, burial following at Watkins-Hall Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 12-2 PM, Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Matthew Watkins, Vernon Watkins, Jon Watkins, Lonnie Donathan, Cody Powers, Dalton Booth and Jacob Spencer.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made toward funeral expenses at Taul Funeral Home, 109 East Main Street, Mt.
