Kenneth Darrell Ferguson,67, of Means, KY, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at UK St. Claire after an extended illness at age 67. Ken was born in Frenchburg, KY. He was retired from The Freeman Corporation after working there for 30+ years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching Nascar and spending time with his family. Ken is survived by two sons, James Ferguson and Adam Ferguson(Courtney); one daughter Brittany Ferguson(Justin); and the mother of his children, Linda Ballard Ferguson, all of Means, KY. Four brothers Jim Ferguson(Deb) of Lima, Ohio, Jack Ferguson of Mt. Sterling, Bob Ferguson and Bill Ferguson, both of Means; sister-in-law, Lois Ferguson of Jeffersonville; as well as 3 grandsons Luke Ferguson, Adrian Moore and Jameson Layne; and one granddaughter, Joselyn Ferguson. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Ferguson and Pearl Brashear Ferguson; one son, Kenneth Gerald Ferguson; a brother Paul Ferguson; sister Sandra Ferguson; and a sister-in-law, Della Ferguson.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 29, 2026 at 1:00pm at Taul Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling, KY. Visitation will be from 11-12 for family and 12-1 for friends. Ken's final resting place will be Ferguson Cemetery in Means, KY. Pallbearers will be James Ferguson, Adam Ferguson, Justin Terrell, Bill Ferguson, Jim Ferguson and Jack Ferguson.
